The Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association (KUPECA) is a nonprofit organization established to represent, promote, and safeguard the interests of unaided private engineering colleges across Karnataka.
KUPECA serves as the collective voice of private engineering institutions in the state, working closely with regulatory and educational bodies such as the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), University Grants Commission (UGC), Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), the Government of Karnataka, and other relevant authorities.

To promote and strengthen technical education across Karnataka with special emphasis on the growth and development of unaided private engineering colleges.
To act as a coordinating body representing member institutions before AICTE, UGC, VTU, the Government of Karnataka, and other educational and regulatory authorities.
To address challenges faced by member colleges and facilitate effective policy advocacy for the advancement of engineering education.
